Weekend getaway

It is a beautiful place, very welcoming.
From our arrival our check in was quick, the rooms very clean and spacious.
The place is close to what is the center of tlacotalpan so where we would like to go we did it walking. We went to a wedding so we need to go to different places and everything stayed very close. We had a detail in a room because of the hot weather in that place but immediately we were solved and changed rooms. We were very happy and definitely highly recommend it.

A place to spend a month, and longer! Para quedarse un mes y mas!

This gorgeous inviting colonial residence is a traveller's dream-come-true and the best value ever! ... The generously spacious air-conditioned rooms are exquisitely appointed and decorated, with plenty of handy furniture to accommodate your gear and yourself, the biggest king-size bed i have seen in my life (one only occupies a fifth of it!), fine linen and curtains, quaint embroideries and pictures on the wall, even a rocking chair for one's comfort!
The en-suite bathroom is equally snug and tasteful, and comes complete with complimentary toiletries and even a rain-shower!
The location too is unbeatable: barely a few steps away from the zocalo and smack-bang in the most scenic residential area of town!
Esta encantadora residencia colonial sorprende gratamente con sus amplias habitaciones tan exquisitamente amuebladas y decoradas: finas cortinas y ropa de cama, bucolicos adornos y hermosos cuadros, una cama king-size tan grande que solo use la quinta parte!, aire acondicionado, y varios muebles para acomodar las cosas y acomodarse, incluyendo una silla mecedora! ... todo inmaculadamente limpio.
La sala de bano es igualmente comoda, e incluye articulos de tocador de cortesia y hasta una ducha lluvia!
La ubicacion misma no puede ser mejor: a pasos del zocalo, en el area residencial mas pintoresca de este pueblo magico!

In love with this place

Tlacotalpan is a beautiful village, all the atmosphere is magic here and this hostel is not the exception.
The staff is really kind and supportive in all you need. The house is amazing: colorful, beautiful, colonial ❤️ I'm in love with this place

Very nice hostel!

Nice people. We had two rooms: big and comfortable; have a/c. Very clean. Pets are accepted without extra cost!!!
Near downtown. Really nice hostel: simple but comfortable. Patio full of plants and flowers!
Gente agradable. Tomamos dos habitaciones: grandes y confortables; tienen aire acondicionado. Muy limpio. Acepan mascotas sin costo extra!!!
Cerca del centro. Hostal muy agradable: sencillo pero confortable. Patio lleno de plantas y flores!

Superb

This is a great option when visiting Tlacotalpan, which is one of the lovliest "pueblo magico" in Mexico. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorared. It feels somewhere between hotel and hostal, but everything is perfect. It is a couple of blocks from the town plaza.
