Stayed only one night but was a great experience. The rooms a good size with remodel bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The employees are helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

I don't recommend it.

The hotel facilities are average, I do not find them outstanding, when I arrived the reception staff very friendly, not so much the next day with someone else, nor greeting respond. There was no hot water in the three days I was, at most a little warm, without a TV signal. A loose tile, the base of the bed overhangs much more than the mattress then it is likely that more than one person has punished one of their toes, it happened to me. If I ever return to Tuxtla, I would definitely not choose this hotel

The room was clean, the sfaff was really nice and courteous, poor in amenities but easy to park, quiet environment.

The rooms are reasonable, They’re not outstanding they’re not superb but they’re OK. Where I have a problem is the restaurant, absolutely despicable, If it was included in the price it would be bad enough, but to have to pay for it on top, terrible! Also the pool was dirty, even after they supposedly cleaned it in the morning, a lot of hair and debris and a visible layer of oils on top, yuk. Not recommending this Hotel

Just ok, Might be better options at same price

Quinta Chiapas is a clean Hotel at affordable price, A, TV cable, staff is nice and willing to help, the hotel lacks of good design which for me Architect is a point of evaluation and always appreciated when found. I was really close to rate 4 stars but not having ventilation on bathrooms is annoying to me and breaks code
