Enjoy and feel good....guest satisfaction is paramount
I had made my hotel booking by phone directly through the hotel with Mr. Sven. I have booked a comfort double room for single use. I liked the room and I am very grateful to Mr. Sven for his good recommendation. Unfortunately the weather was not so nice, so I did not use the balcony.
On the first morning in the breakfast room, I was greeted by Mr Luciano and Mrs Nicole in a friendly manner and the buffet was explained. The choice of table is free.-
The breakfast buffet is extensive and nicely arranged. It was also refilled promptly and although many guests were in the room, the atmosphere was pleasant.
Mrs Nicole was kind enough to bring me cold milk from the pantry and bring it to my table.
The breakfast eggs taste delicious and it is a pleasure to get a breakfast egg with a lettering (Good morning from Sven. I enjoyed breakfast every day and am very grateful to the operators for the good, friendly Service.
The satisfaction of the guests comes first and I would also like to mention Mrs. Denise, who staffs the reception in the afternoon. She has been working at the Quellenhof for years. After my daily activities, she heated up the sauna after consultation.
The sauna is a bit small and old. Fresh towels and Gerolstein water are available free of charge. The swimming pool is directly adjacent to the relaxation room, (6 loungers- unfortunately not adjustable ) which is not so optimal. Partly it was very loud in the swimming pool because of ball games in the water and loud shouting where the ball is thrown...
Here I suggest a door to the relaxation room. Furthermore, a sign with a ban on mobile phones and entertainment in the relaxation room would be good.
I am sure that the operators Sven, Luciano and Nicole will listen gratefully to criticism and hints and thus have the opportunity to improve Service and services specifically. They have been running the hotel since March 2025 and have planned a few improvements next year, such as new, larger TVs and tiles instead of carpeting.
I assure you that the satisfaction of the guests comes first at the Quellenhof. The 4 staff are very dedicated and especially friendly. I will definitely come back. Thank you very much!

very good, always freshly made, varied breakfast
a super nice, always good-humored, very accommodating hotel team who also have good daily tips ;-)
We would definitely come back!

Good hotel
It is pointed out early on that a fee of 3.50% of the amount to be paid will be charged when paying by credit card.
I have never experienced this in any hotel before.
