Not good - warning
Terrible, self-check info did not arrive, very difficult to reach someone. Honestly was stuck outside for three hours. Afterwards they blamed a third party booking agent and refused any kind of compensation. Won't be back that's for sure.

Dear Nicholas, our only partner for reservations and payments is booking.com. We also provide the check-in information automatically through booking.com. You booked with some sort of cheap-price-search engine and they apparently did not forward this info. That is not our fault! Also you did not call the emergency hotline, that could have solved the situation instantly. After you got in, you yelled at my collegue, threatening to write this type of review, if we don`t pay your money back?? You can rant as long as you want, but we don`t reward this type of behavior.
