Have been banned as regular customers by the boss because of the question of a second roll of toilet paper (standard would be one roll for two people per night), for 2 people there was also only one towel on 4 days. Moving out by 12 noon was ordered. With a rental period of 15 nights, we got unfounded stay ban. Complaints of coercion are still being filed. From 12 o'clock she wanted to change the room codes then we wouldn't have gotten to our things and had the room vacated with police. Don't you need a judicial order? All this at an up-to-date fair. We had the lease with Hotel.com / Expedia.

Good location and affordable price

The hotel has a great location, just 15 minutes from Dusseldorf Airport – ideal for travellers with early flights. The cheap price is also a big plus. I found the free parking directly at the hotel particularly convenient, which made the stay even easier.
Unfortunately, there were also some negative points: The toilet was not clean on my arrival, which clouded the first impression. In addition, both the sheets and towels obviously washed, but still had some stains, which did not seem particularly inviting.
The room was freezing cold and it took hours to reach a pleasant temperature.
Overall, the hotel is fine for one night near the airport and on a small budget, but the cleanliness should definitely be improved.

Good hotel for business travelers

The hotel is quite quiet despite being close to the airport and the motorway. Parking is free. The service was very friendly. The room was functionally furnished and clean. Unfortunately, the rubbish bin was not emptied. Otherwise, towels are on the floor - please get a new one. Check-in is also possible at the machine if you arrive very late. Good value for money if you book early. Highly recommended for business trips.

Basic but clean and convenient parking

Structure in line with the standards of the chain, small room, very small but equipped with all the essentials. Comfortable bed and pillows, you can see that it has certainly been modernized recently. Basic but good quality breakfast although almost no assortment of desserts (2 mini muffins in 2 flavors and nothing else). One flaw is that the breakfast room is small, making it very crowded during the fair. A big plus? Outside the chaos of the center of Dusseldorf which however can still be reached in a few minutes. Ample free parking. In short, a good solution for those traveling for work.
