Everything is truly terrible.
Unfortunately, there were significant problems on the very first day. After moving into the accommodation, we had to realize that the room had apparently not been cleaned properly after the previous guests. The bed linen was dirty, and there were hairs and other traces of the previous guests on the beds. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the toilets and sanitary areas were also dirty. Furthermore, there were sweets or other items on one of the five beds.
On the second day, we were relocated along with our dog to a tent in the outdoor area. We were told that there would be no problems and that our dog could not leave the tent. In practice, however, it has turned out that this is not the case.
Furthermore, it is very cold in the tent. There is only heating in the separate area with a shower and toilet, while it is very cold directly in the tent. Because of this, we were very cold at night and could not get any proper rest.
We are of the opinion that the actual accommodation conditions do not correspond to what was stated at the time of booking. It is particularly disappointing that we stated in advance that we were arriving with a small dog, and it was confirmed to us that accommodation with a small dog is allowed.
We therefore ask you to examine this situation and offer us an appropriate solution, as the quality of the accommodation, the cleanliness, and the actual conditions deviate significantly from what was promised at the time of booking.

Never again
This time I booked a premium room inside the dome, expecting it to be one of the cabana-style accommodations by the Lagoon Pool. Instead, we were assigned Room 1552 on the third floor near the main entrance. The room felt old and outdated, and there was visible mold in the shower walls and floor and the sick was backed up. I asked if we could be moved, but was told the park was fully booked and no other room was available.
The biggest issue happened that evening. After spending the day at the pools, we returned around 11:00 p.m. and our room door would not unlock. We went to reception, where an employee came with us and tried her key, but it didn't work either. She called for a maintenance technician, but apparently none were on duty. She then looked for the room's physical emergency key, but couldn't find one.
We were told the only option was to spend the night in another room without access to our belongings. As compensation, we were offered three toothbrushes and three cocktail vouchers for a very limited selection of only 3 cocktails we don't like.
Unfortunately, things became even more stressful. We were first given a key to Room 1520. When we opened the door, there was already a guest asleep inside. We immediately closed the door, apologized, and returned to reception. The employee realized she had given us the wrong key and then assigned us Room 1521 instead. By that point, my children were frightened after accidentally waking another guest, and they no longer felt comfortable staying in that area.
I decided to return to our original room and kept trying the lock until, eventually, it opened. While I'm relieved we regained access, I find it unacceptable that neither reception nor management had a reliable way to open a guest room during an emergency. If we had needed medication, medical equipment, or anything essential that was inside the room, the consequences could have been much more serious. This experience was extremely stressful for our family, especially our children.
**Pools**
The pool areas were much more crowded than we expected, and I was surprised that I rarely saw guests shower before entering the water. I also noticed many people wearing regular clothing rather than swimwear, and the ladies that are all covered up didn't seem to shower before entering the water either, and there were many babies in regular diapers inside the pool, not the special swimming diapers. Regardless of whether this complies with the park's rules, I personally felt the hygiene standards could be improved. Better enforcement of showering before entering the pools and clearer swimwear guidelines would make the experience more pleasant and reassuring for everyone.
**Food**
The food was inconsistent. We enjoyed the entrecôte at Palm Beach Restaurant, the pesto pasta, and the French fries from the fast-food restaurant. However, the €18.95 hamburger was disappointing. It tasted like it was made with an industrial frozen patty rather than fresh beef, and it did not justify the price.
Overall, our one-night stay cost around €700. After returning home, my daughter developed a plantar wart that now requires treatment. While it's impossible to know exactly where she contracted it, it unfortunately added to what was already a very disappointing experience.
Sadly, this visit was completely different from our first stay, and based on our experience, we will not be returning.
