The unit was spotless, well-maintained and well-appointed for our extended stay. The property is in a great location, easy to access and the staff was exceptionally helpful. We’ll definitely visit again!

Check-in was easy (mail sent in advance with code) and staff was helpful.
The apartment was very clean - but a bit cold in wintertime and a kitchenette with neither a window or an extractor hood made cooking difficult.

Inside the place was super nice, clean and spacious. The area outside was dirty, super loud noises coming from the hookah place just outside our window. NO A/C. Could benefit from it, keep the noise out and close the windows.

easy to use, clean and relatively comfortable. location is okay, walkable to local shops and easy to park nearby, although not in Aachens touristy area. Only one semi-comfortable chair, and I couldn't fathom out the heating/cooling system. all in all its okay for a couple of nights on a business trip.

Krupa and Family Stay 01 June 2023 to 28 July 2023

Das Loft was earlier Dom Apartments and I've been patronizing it since 2016. Every year we used to travel to AACHEN and stay there in the apartment. But now the management has changed and this is my first visit in the newly managed aparthotel.
We occupy the same penthouse apartment overlooking the road below. I should say that nothing has changed and we enjoy the same hospitality and services from the new set of staff.
The all-in-one front office in charge ILONA and another, Gennedy in charge of Power, AC, Water and housekeeping staff are all very forthcoming and extremely service minded and helpful.
The only lift in the apartment went down and they swung into action and got it fixed in a matter of hours.
Ilona is so helpful, to support with any and every additional request - be it borrowing additional crockery to host a lunch or giving first aid box or whatever.
Its the attitude that matters and, in that sense, they are on the right track to make the guests stay and make them feel very comfortable.
As a aparthotel, this is in an excellent location, right in the center of actions and activities. Very close - walkable distance - to restaurants, Malls, Chopping arcades, bus stop, grocery stores and even Train station.
Has laundry machines for selfwashing. Locker room facilities too.
All life and make your life comfortable are within your reach.
