Modern hotel next to the city centre

A cozy, modern hotel in a good location. A tasty, rich breakfast as well as an excellent restaurant menu. On a sunny day, it is especially pleasant to enjoy breakfast or lunch on the terrace. The food is delicious.
The room is very clean and comfortable both for relaxation and for work — with a convenient desk, a soft chair, and plenty of lighting. The hotel has polite and competent staff who are always ready to help.
The hotel has its own parking, so there is no need to worry about your car. Restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance. Good value for the money.

A decent hotel at a reasonable price with friendly staff

The rooms are very tidy, as is the bathroom. Not huge, but certainly spacious enough. Breakfast is excellent and very varied. The car park under the hotel is ideal. The staff are very friendly; a special mention goes to the lady who runs the bar and restaurant. The location is on a busy road but close to the city centre. The rooms at the rear with a view of the garden are completely free from noise disturbance. The air conditioning worked perfectly; with temperatures of 37 degrees outside, it was a lovely temperature inside for sleeping. All in all, definitely worth a return visit.

Pleasant and conveniently located hotel

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of Essen’s old city center, while still being in a quiet area. A major advantage is the safe, covered, and enclosed parking.
The Zollverein Museum is not within walking distance, so you need to take a tram to get there. The hotel has a restaurant and also offers breakfast.
One thing I did not understand was the coffee machine in the room: coffee pads were provided, while cups were necessary. Overall, a pleasant and conveniently located hotel.

Party stay

We were there for the second time and we liked it very much. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially when the fire alarm was triggered; they acted quickly and calmly without any panic among the guests. In any case, we would come again.

Top hotel

Everything was perfect. Helpful and friendly staff, schoene room, great air conditioning in the room and everywhere in this hotel, covered and well guarded parking, good and extensive breakfast buffet, Short walk to Altstadt and Limbecker Platz. There is NO fridge in the rooms and that was the only minus.
