Wellness hotel in the city centre
A pearl in Hannover's center. Small, very nice hotel with personal character. Tasteful atmosphere, very clean with really nice sauna area. Here you will find everything you need to feel good! Breakfast according to personal preference. Not en masse, but served finely as desired. A hotel bar to feel "at home" with great solution for 24h service.

Untrustworthy rip-off, sauna costs 15,- EUR per person and day
Extremely inflexible managing director. Travel not started, still had to pay full price. Very dubious in my eyes. First, free cancellation was promised and not made possible in the end. I would have liked to do without that experience.

Herr Leiter hat nach einer Recherche über verschiedene Plattformen sowie über unsere Homepage eine Reservierung über booking.com vorgenommen. Die Nutzung des Wellness-Bereiches ist bei Buchung über unsere Homepage kostenlos, nicht jedoch bei einer Buchung z.B. über Booking.com. Wir berechnen € 15,00 pro Nutzung. Herr Leiter hat darauf bestanden, dass die Bedingungen auf der Homepage auch für Booking.com gelten. Wir haben ihn darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass dies nicht der Fall ist und dass wir ihm gern ein individuelles Angebot erstellen. Darauf hat Herr Leiter verzichtet und trotz des Wissens um seine nicht stornierbare Buchung in unserem Haus eine Reservierung in einem anderen Hotel vorgenommen. Wir können Herrn Leiters Ärger über die Kosten eines nicht genutzten Hotelaufenthaltes nachvollziehen, möchten aber betonen, dass unsere Angaben auf Booking.com korrekt und eindeutig sind und wir uns ebenso verhalten haben. Dies haben wir auch Herrn Leiters Anwältin nach ihrem Anschreiben mitgeteilt und noch einmal darauf hingewiesen, dass wir ihm gern entgegengekommen wären, er jedoch weder ein individuelles Angebot erhalten wollte oder gar zu einem Telefonat bereit gewesen ist.

Great, small hotel in the middle of Hanover, service top!
We came to Hanover at the beginning of August for the ACDC concert. Instead of staying in one of the usual “chain hotels”, this time we tried the Savoy in the middle of Hanover. A very good decision. A small hotel with nice rooms, top service and an enthusiastic friendly staff. On top of that, breakfast the next morning was super delicious. Everything you need, fresh and in exactly the used quantities - great system. Next time in Hanover it will be the Savoy again.

Positive business trip experience
I stayed several nights in this hotel. Very good experience: Room was clean and peaceful, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Sauna / spa is available every day and has three options: Finnish sauna (!), saunarium and steam room.
