Nice family hotel
We have been to Bansin twice a year so far and will come back again. The staff at the reception are very friendly, but unfortunately, the restaurant staff can be a bit snappy at times. The rooms are perfectly fine, the bathrooms are great, and there is a nice sauna area and pool with natural light that is also welcoming to children. Breakfast is excellent, even with vegan options! However, the children's buffet could be a bit healthier; it is very high in sugar. Now, if there were a larger playroom or a play area in the restaurant, as well as a small playground, it would be perfection.

Super weekend in Bansin
We stayed a weekend at this hotel and would like to thank you again. The spontaneous booking worked very well. Great apartment with sea view. We had a room with our dog. Everything very clean, cozy and in great condition. The dog was greeted with a little attention The whole staff at the hotel was extraordinarily friendly. Breakfast was very good and varied. The staff there tried very hard, friendly and nimble. Sauna and swimming pool very clean and tidy. We will be happy to check back in with you.

New Year's Eve, never again!
I really enjoyed my stay in your hotel from 27.12.2025 to 03.01.2026. Overall, it left little to be desired, which is why it is important for me to formulate my feedback in a differentiated manner.
However, one aspect of my stay has led to considerable disappointment: As a solo traveler, I was placed exclusively at a single table during the entire period – including New Year’s Eve. This was despite my express wish to be seated with other guests. Unfortunately, this wish was not granted in any way.
I sat alone at a table for 7 nights. I would have expected more commitment and empathy from the employee who was responsible for the table reservations in this situation. My despair, especially on New Year's Eve, was obvious. However, the reaction was limited to the lapidary statement: “I’m sorry.”
Especially on special holidays such as New Year’s Eve, when many guests – especially solo travelers – deliberately seek connection and community, I would have liked a more sensitive and solution-oriented approach.
I therefore believe it is desirable and advisable that the management of the hotel should consider how to better accommodate individual travellers in the future. It may be useful to have an adapted seating arrangement on such occasions to promote a sense of community and to provide a positive experience for all guests.

Just fantastic, we will be back
The aja Strandhotel Bansin is an absolute dream for a relaxing weekend break (or longer) on Usedom! Located directly on the seafront, we enjoy breathtaking sea views and the magical atmosphere of the “island of glitter” at sunset – pure relaxation!
The comfortable, bright room with comfortable beds and the sound of the Baltic Sea provides a restful sleep, while the cosy lobby and lounge invite you to linger. The friendly team at reception, restaurant and bar exceeds all expectations – warm, attentive and always with a smile.
We would particularly like to highlight the delicious cocktails in the stylish bar, which taste perfect in the evening, as well as the delicious breakfast buffet. Everything radiates cleanliness, modernity and a feel-good factor – 5 stars from us, warmly recommended!

Relaxing little break
Very nice hotel, we had a nice room on the 3rd floor with a view to the sea unfortunately without balcony but which was not so bad in November. Breakfast was super a good selection with freshly prepared egg dishes, what is worth mentioning for us are the fresh breads. Were in the bistro/bar for dinner which was very tasty. The spa area with the indoor pool was great.
