Dresden

The hotel is very old. Since we arrived a little earlier for the queck-in they checked if we could get another room. Positive, but the room was very old, bed a disaster 1.60 m wide when one moved, the other moved automatically with it. Usable as a single room, but otherwise not. According to my complaint, which I received only after the 2. Night did we got another decent room. Staff was always very helpful. Breakfast was also fully ok! Would definitely book it again during a Dresden stay.

This hotel has aged, about 30 years old,

We had reserved a room. It started right at check-in. The system had crashed, so the small key safe at the entrance did not open. We called the mobile number that was posted at the entrance. This person put us down and could not help us further. This person should be the manager. By chance, there was still a staff member in the building who opened the safe for us. She was very nice and apologized for the inconveniences.
We also had no Wi-Fi, and the air conditioning did not work even though it was advertised on the site. I cannot recommend this hotel further. There were many foreign workers there who smoked and drank their beers in front of the hotel in the evening. Of course, in front of the entrance, in this heat.
The smoke then drifted into the rooms.
There are only vending machines where you can buy drinks; the prices, well...
New name since June 1, 2026: Q Hotel Dresden 24 Self Check-in.

39€. Two beds, friendly staff that let me park my bike in the garage instead of the parkingarea. Theres nothing to complain about. Clean bedlinnen. The toilet was clean. Im happy

Unfortunately not so great!

The hotel is unfortunately very old overall, the wear and tear can be seen everywhere. There is also a lack of cleanliness (in the room and bathroom there was dust in many places and in the area of the windows there was cobweb. Breakfast was basically i. O., but from day to day without variety (lower standard). Unfortunately, we cannot make a recommendation.

With Careise here

We were here with a grouppe. The hotel and the furniture has come very much to the Jare. The carpets in the room worn out.
The corner room is not habitable without additional heating.
All within the scope of the prize.
But everything was clean and the best possible. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
