Best place in Pokhara, Astam! No Doubt

Second time staying at this lovely family run lodge in Astam, easy to get to from Lakeside Pokhara just 30mins. Perfect getaway from city life to simplicity of village area, pretty gardens and great mountain views. They offer yoga classes and sound baths; very fun to do with friends.
All relaxing and natural healing - I would go there again without a miss! Thank you Purna dai!

Lovely facility & surroundings - rustic accommodations

I spent one night at the Eco-Village following a two day trek. The surroundings are just stellar and it is a very pleasant place to spend time. The husband and wife who run this facility are a lovely, engaging couple and go out of their way to interact with you (she is a masseuse so you can get a massage for around $30 USD) Rooms are quite rustic and I arrived after day two of my trek (which I recorded at almost 9 miles ) I was hot, tired and exhausted. I was very disappointed that my room had no shower and no hot water (and my 76 year old legs were aching). When I inquired they brought me a bucket of hot water. I don’t know if any of the other rooms had in-room hot water or not.

Fabulous property to stay at !

Had a peaceful and comfortable stay here with family.
Nestled in the lap of nature this property offers breathtaking views of Machhapuchhre & Annapurna range.
Extremely courteous and helpful staff & management. Would love to visit again in the future.

Amazing experience

I had the best time in this cosy and familial ecolodge. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The place is truly beautiful, everything is sustainable and reused. The food is so tasty and homemade from the garden. The place also propose various activities: I became addicted to yoga lessons and I had the chance to test the sound healing therapy which was also great.
It was so hard leaving this place, it felt like home. I recommend to stay there a 100%, best place
