Inaugurato nel 2017, è situato nel cuore della città, vicino al Museo di Philips e al centro commerciale Heuvel Galerie. Le sue 132 camere sono ampie e luminose. In stile contemporaneo, combinano un arredamento lussuoso con pavimenti in parquet e una gamma di eleganti colori dai toni beige e rossi. Molte di esse vantano un balcone alla francese, e tutte hanno in dotazione macchine da caffè Nespresso, TV satellitare e Wi-Fi ad alta velocità. Ogni mattina, nel ristorante situato all'ultimo piano, viene servita una colazione a buffet con specialità locali e internazionali che offre un assortimento di frutta fresca, dolci e piatti caldi e freddi. Sono disponibili anche opzioni senza glutine e menù per bambini. A cena il ristorante propone una cucina locale e specialità moderne create dal nostro executive chef. Fiore all'occhiello dell'hotel è il Roof Lounge al 14° piano, dove si può sorseggiare un cocktail o un bicchiere di vino mentre si ammira lo spettacolare panorama della città. È inoltre l'ambiente ideale per un matrimonio romantico. La posizione centrale dell'hotel lo rende perfetto per riunioni ed eventi. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Eindhoven

Our son studies in this city and we often come to visit him. The hotels do not exactly have a good price-quality ratio, but we are aware of the fact that they are expensive. However, this is one of the hotels that deserves our attention

Good hotel but service can be improved

Nice hotel - prime location in city centre. Walking distance to shopping area, Philips museum, or even PSV Stadium. Room is spacious with all great amenities. Appreciate the hotel has been trying to get to the luxurious hotel standard. It was very sweet that 2 packets of Haribo were placed in room for the kids with a welcome letter. Yet, it's a bit weird to give 1 What is lacking probably is on maintaining the details - the coffee machine is bit greasy, the in-house safe battery has been taken out, the towels are a bit aging. Breakfast was good enough and the view of the restaurant was super.
Reception when check-in was not too nice - nearest carpark was in the shopping mall nearby - reception staff (Bella) passed me a slip with QR code for the parking but didn't really explained how it exactly works - and there is no instruction on the slip either - end up I was stuck in the carpark gate and force to take a ticket and paid extra on parking (I have to admit I did miss the email instructions which was clear enough, but would be better if the paper slip or staff could have told me also).
Reception only got one (or zero sometimes) staff at anytime - after check-in my room cards (for both 2 rooms) didn't work (we checked didn't mix up the 2 room keys) - and had to queue up again at reception while my kids were holding baggages stuck outside the rooms upstairs. I would expect an up-class hotel front desk will have the awareness to offer help with priority when a guest came down holding all the key cards helplessly right after check-in a few minutes ago - and I was shocked there was no sign of apology after the key-card messed and long waiting - got a feeling of it was our own fault!
Bottomline - overall hotel hardware is unbeatable but might need some more training to mature the service level.

Me and my other half stayed at the NH for 2 days, over the weekend just passed. It was a very pleasant stay. I’ve been to Eindhoven several times over the years and always chosen to say at NH Collection.
The staff have always been friendly and the overall experience has always been lovely.
We were told that, the windows can no longer be opened in all rooms across the hotel, following Government advice in recent months. The air conditioning system was exemplary in our room and although natural fresh air would’ve been greatly appreciated, it didn’t impact our stay much. However, if we had been staying longer, it may have caused an issue for us both. With me especially, as I am Asthmatic and fresh air is always needed.

Lovely hotel, superb location!

Brilliant for all travellers and placed perfectly in the city, the staff were great and the hotel rooms were quiet, lots of lighting and plugs too!
