Great!
Thanks to the staff really had a top night - we stayed here during our wedding day/night and are totally pampered - from a decorated room during the day and night to breakfast in our room the next morning, everything was arranged to perfection.

Never again recommended
I've been with school. The rooms were very dirty the ground was not vacuumed, dust everywhere, underpants under the mattresses and cigarette on the floor empty bottles in my bed...
Food really not good. Staff unfriendly, staff asked why we even looked under the mattresses while we saw it we did the sheets on the bed. I myself think the room was not even cleaned. After reporting, the room was eventually cleaned.

Very bad and way too expensive for what you get
I booked a ‘comfort room’ for € 79 per night, 2 nights. I got a room with only 2 beds and a hard wooden chair. There was nothing else, no table, no seat and above all: no TV! You will spend 2 evenings alone because you have to work in the Klokgebouw. Terrible! I had asked for a quiet room, but got another one at the front above the entrance where in the night all smokers are talking from the bar. I had bad experiences with that 3 years ago. For the past 2 years I had a room with a seating area and a TV both times. The kettle had already been abolished last year, but now a normal chair and TV had also been removed. I wanted a different room but they all turned out to be like that, without any comfort, but quite at the price. I immediately checked out and went to a better hotel that was hardly more expensive. I am now waiting for a refund of the prepaid 2 nights and the tourist tax paid at the counter. And never come back here.

very uncomfortable experience that I wouldn't allow anyone else
hotel room was fine, until at 6 o'clock a random person had walked into our hotel room, let in by the employees. we had to check out at 11 o'clock, 11:02 the housekeeping was already in our room without knocking. we were very shocked that there was a random person in our room. when we wanted to report this to the reception there was no one present and we decided but gone.
