Great hotel and even greater staff! It was such a pleasure to be a guest at their hotel. Wonderful breakfast too! The rooms were lovely, quiet and a view to the stores and pedestrian walkway. I could open the window to enjoy the ambiance of the town and close them for wonderful quiet. My wishes for a particular room was granted and as a solo female traveler, I very much appreciated it! I loved the quirky collector hotel collections and was able to find my ‘bedmate” (picture of him in room) at the museum near the Girl with the Pearl Earring. I whole heartedly would recommend this hotel, staff and location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hotel fine but skip breakfast

3.5/5 – Nice room, chaotic breakfast & rude staffThe room was nice and clean, but the bed was too hard and you cannot stream Netflix. Breakfast was pure chaos. We arrived at 10 AM (served 8-11), and most food was gone. There was only one chef. We waited 40 minutes for two omelets; one never arrived, the other was completely raw inside.When we reported this, staff dismissively said: "It’s busy on Sundays, so yeah, that happens." They immediately added that we shouldn't expect any compensation before we even asked. Very poor customer service.

We are also sorry to hear that the room and entertainment options did not meet your expectations. Regarding the entertainment options, we would like to clarify that Netflix is unfortunately not available due to licensing restrictions. YouTube and Videoland, however, are available on the television.

Excellent hotel in a large pedestrian area.

This hotel is within an easy walking distance to museums and a host of Asian restaurants. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. An excellent complete breakfast including eggs and pancakes cooked to order. They even give you a bag of snacks when you check out. The only negative is that because it's in the pedestrian zone (a 6- to 8-block square area) the taxi can't drop you off at the door.
