Well located next to the station and 2 shops. Comfy beds, great shower, wish there was more surface space but that's my only negative. Would happily stay again

The best value is the closeness to the Leiden Central train station and bus terminal. There is the minimum equipment for business hotels.

Good location, clean and quiet room

The hotel is situated right opposite the train station and a walking distance to most attractions. The room, as with other Ibis hotels, is very compact but most of the needed amenities are there. Although it's situated in a busy area, the room we stayed was quiet.
We very much appreciate the reception staff who helped us store our food in their fridge as there is no fridge in our room.

Stayed here for three nights in two rooms. The location is great – only a minute from the train station and only a short walk into the town centre.
Unfortunately neither of our rooms were cleaned after the second night. When we it mentioned this at check-out the receptionist just said 'oh, ok'.

An IBIS like no other--exceptional

IBIS Leiden City Centre is perhaps one of the best IBIS hotels in the network. I'm an ACCOR Gold member, and I have found rooms at this property to be bigger, cleaner, and better maintained than a typical IBIS or even an IBIS Styles hotel.
Top notch staff: Hanae and Robert greeted and assisted me at check-in with sincere hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism that rival a 5 star hotel. They addressed me by name, recognized my elite status, offered me something to drink (I was quite thirsty after a long, delayed flight), and ensured that I had everything I needed for my 4 nt stay (e.g, extra pillows). Housekeeping has kept the guest room clean and well supplied with amenities. Location: across the street from Leiden Centraal and next to grocery stores; a block from the main street where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants.
