Mouldy, feels likemit hardly gets cleaned. Dated.Not worth the money.
Location is convenient. But conditions of hotel is dated and does not appear to get well cleaned. Mould on window blinds. Mould smelling. Broken parts. Not worth the money spent for the quality of this place. Spare blanket for rollout bed smelt like B.O and never been washed. Photos dont match reality. Deceiving! Never again.

Hmm ok location but hold your nose on the way to the apartment!
The apartment was “ok”, everything you needed in it once you were in. Gaining access was fine and the instructions were clear and well laid out…but the entrance hall stank badly…the lift even worse…as was the landing and 2 flights of stairs before getting to the apartment . The apartment didn’t smell too bad, just a little damp, but that may have been carpets with washing machines etc in the apartment.
The Área outside the apartment left a little to be desired with drunks etc along the street. We’ve been in NZ for a month and this rates as probably the worst we stayed in both in value and everything that went with it, the one thing going for it is location you are in the centre of the city (just watch out for the bus lanes if you are driving!).
Also the pictures on Booking dot com didn’t relate to the actual place we stayed in…90% of the pics were nothing like the actual apartment we stayed in….

FALSE ADVERTISING - DO NOT BOOK
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - the pictures are false and misleading, they have moved nice furniture into one room and used those pictures you see online, the rooms are disgusting, smell heavily of smoke both tobacco and cannabis, all the furniture is either broken or moldy or should have been replaced 30 years ago. The bathrooms are not clean, showers are moldy and have not been cleaned in a very long time, and the floors were sticky. If you try to contact them they will say their manager will get back to you, but they won't. If you ask for their managers number they will give you a false number that is not currently connected. Then they will stop answering their phone.

Not what I'd hoped for!
Apartment in great location but in need of refurbishing. No AC which made the apartment very hot in December. Pigeons also a problem as within the city centre so cant leave windows open to provide ventilation.

Standard poor. Location great
It’s a great location but the apartments are really tired, cleaning of a very poor standard, heating inadequate and musty smells in the stairwell. Food in the fridge from a previous occupant! Windows so dirty that it was hard to see out of them. Cost is way too high for this effort
