The Housepeeking staff and services
The Housekeeping team was exceptional, keeping my apartment spotlessly clean. High praise to Supervisor Sumaira Rajpoot and staff members Tanveer, Shahid, and Shakeela for their professional and courteous service. They truly enhanced my experience.
The receptionists were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting me with document printing. (Morning 28 Oct 3025, Tower A)
For improvement, the hotel should add more international menu options to better serve foreign guests.
Overall, the staff is wonderful and attentive.

horrible place
Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment.
Place is run down and need to call desk every few minutes to fix something else. In room phone to reach desk was also broken and had to go down physically . wanted to order room service since phone broken had to walk to mall to order food.
tub was really gross and bathroom unclean. Halls and elevator not air coned so sweaty every time go out.
they don't turn on Ac until you get there so takes 2 hours to cool down in apartment.
tried to take shower and no hot water! when I called to fix it they said you have to request it! Even after that the didn't turn it on, By morning had to take cold shower as no time to wait for their slow pace.
Full kitchen hi not stocked! microwave not working so looked for pot to make tea and no pots only miserable looking skillet.
Family in another suite's front door fell apart and had to move at night to another unit!
will never go back
complained to front upon check out and gave no discount
