They live up to the high standards Hyatt is known for.

The entire staff was very attentive from the moment we walked in. The building is modern, clean and this location is great for checking out the best restaurants in Lima. We also felt very safe. They had a nice birthday surprise for me. Sunset at the rooftop bar was magical and we had great conversation with the bartender Fabian about locally made spirits. The other bartender Jhon was also very kind and made sure we were happy. Great visit overall.

Amazing Stay — Exceptional Staff

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Centric. Great location, but above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable.
A special thank you to Mariana, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, and a huge shout-out to Aldo, whose warmth, attentiveness, and genuine smile made every day special—even when we weren’t at his table.
Hyatt is fortunate to have Mariana and Aldo. I wish they could be duplicated at every Hyatt! They are exactly why we’ve been loyal World of Hyatt members for over 10 years.

Wonderful service from Aldo

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Aldo, our waiter at Hyatt Centric San Isidro Lima. He was attentive, polite, and always greeted us with a big, genuine smile. His friendly and thoughtful service made us feel very welcome and truly added to our dining experience.
Aldo is a great representative of the hotel, and we really appreciated his excellent service. Thank you, Aldo!

Uitstekend

Top-notch service and an amazing breakfast. I have been to many ***** hotels in Lima over the years (most of which in Miraflores) and I'll stay with Hyatt going forward.

Excellent Option in Lima

High end yet affordable option in San Isidro. Comfortable room with excellent on site dining options. We will stay here again if we return to Lima, which we hope to do soon.
