Exceptional Place.
Exceptional hotel. I wpuld struggle to find anything thay I was unhappy with. Certainly the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. This was a 40th birthday present from my wife as I always wanted to visit Krakow. This hotel helped it make one of the most memorable trips of my life - the staff, the cleanliness, the facilities, the food are all outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Also, child friendly. Only 5 stars as there is no 6th option.

Beautiful hotel nr Krakow town square
The hotel is ideally placed for the town square, just a short walk. The rooms are well appointed, the beds are comfortable with a choice of 4 pillow types and the ensuite is extremely roomy with a good shower. Pawel the reception manager speaks excellent English and was so helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Would stay here again.
Everything about this hotel is brilliant. Very clean, modern and spacious.
Great variety of food at Breakfast.
Comfortable beds, walk in showers, light up bathroom mirror.
Friendly staff, great choice of cocktails. The 'Willy Wonka' cocktail is highly recommended if you love chocolate.
10 minute walk to the main square.

Fantastic Hotel in a great location
Lovely modern hotel, 5 minute walk to the square. Room and hotel was spotless and the buffet breakfast was really good, with a great variety. Staff were very friendly. We were able to book tours via the hotel, it was a bit more expensive but we were picked up at the hotel and dropped off. Lots of great eating places nearby. I definitely recommend and will be returning.

Great place to stay in Krakow
Just back from Krakow and had a fabulous stay in the Grand Ascot Hotel. Great service from check in. Breakfast was awesome. Definitely recommend
