Radisson elegance near Vistula and Wawel

The specific Radisson elegance near the Vistula River and Wawel Castle. Park Inn is a great starting point to discover Krakow or nearby destinations such as Zakopane or Częstochowa. Conveniently located near the Vistula, within walking distance of Wawel and the Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology (the cultural center created by film director Andrzej Wajda). There is also excellent tram connection to the Old Town, with the tram stop right in front of the hotel.
Very friendly staff, always helpful. Even though the hotel was fully booked and they clearly had many things to manage, they kept a warm smile for everyone. Everything was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was extremely careful with my plush toy. The hotel also offers underground parking (for a fee).
Breakfast was rich, tasty, and abundant. A good selection of teas for tea lovers and a waffle station. The breakfast staff was kind and warm.
A big thank you to the Chef and the restaurant team — they made our evenings memorable. They took great care of my diet, and my family enjoyed the food, the desserts, and especially the carefully prepared fruit salad.
Near the hotel you can find many convenience stores (Carrefour Express, Żabka), restaurants along the Vistula River, and at walking distance the Kazimierz district, full of traditional Polish restaurants.
As a premium member, I felt genuinely valued — the staff offered the kind of attention and kindness that makes you feel at home.
It is definitely worth staying at Park Inn.

Good enjoyable stay

Location was good, just over the river from the old city, bus tram stop almost outside the hotel. Rooms were good size, complete with a small fridge and tea coffee making facilities. Check in was easy, Staff spoke good English. We didn't use the restaurant, but the bar was good.
We had two adjacent rooms. We would stay there again.

The staff were great. Very polite and always helpful. The gym is perfect for keeping up with your workouts. The rooms are super clean along with the rest of the property.

I found in the bathroom lack of any place to hang a towel close to the shower. The towel rack is very high and too far from the shower cabin when someone wants to reach it while getting out completely wet after shoiwer.

Room was accessible they noticed it before I got there and change it for me. Staff was always ready to assist even with the smallest of things. Thank you everyone
