We had a great stay at Lubhotel. They provided seperate beds for 3 person stay and facility was very clean, highly recommend.

Avoid !

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely small and had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. We had specifically paid extra to use the sauna facilities, only to be told when we arrived that they were fully booked and unavailable.
As a result, we requested a refund after spending only a few minutes in the room, but this was refused. The receptionist, an American lady, was particularly rude and unhelpful when dealing with our concerns, which only added to our frustration.
The online reviews gave us high expectations, but the reality did not match them. At £90 per night, we expected a much higher standard and have stayed in far better hotels for a fraction of the price.
We travel extensively and stay in hotels all over the world, so we do not make negative reviews lightly. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would advise others to look elsewhere.

Proposed

The property is in the new town and is 10 minutes' drive from the old town. The room and bathroom were large and clean. It also has a parking space. The breakfast was quite varied and the staff was helpful.

A really nice stay, lovely staff and very helpful.
The hotel is well connected to public transport in and out of lublin.
Excellent showers in the room, very elderly and disabled friendly

We stayed 2 nights and from start to finish the start were very friendly and helpful at all times . The hotel is very clean , a lovely place to stay , highly recommend
