Avoid this place! Rude staff, zero privacy, and "Soviet-style" service
If you want to experience real 5-star service and VIP treatment, do not stay at this hotel. Choose an international chain with a global reputation instead, because here you will encounter nothing but unprofessionalism.
The security guard, Bartosz, behaves in an incredibly rude and uneducated manner. It is absolutely mind-blowing that this person's salary is paid by the guests, yet he treats us with pure aggression. He has no idea what basic etiquette is—no 'Madam,' no 'Sir,' not even a 'hello.' He just approaches you and barks: 'First, what’s your room number?' This happened while we were simply standing near our room door, not disturbing anyone. He acts like he owns the place, forgetting that he is just staff supported by the guests' money.
In addition to that, there is zero respect for privacy. During an important online conference, a housekeeper started banging on the door as if there were a fire. She could clearly hear people talking inside, but she didn't have the decency to wait five minutes. She just kept pounding on the door like a madwoman.
This is a local Polish hotel with management stuck in the 90s. It is the absolute bottom of the service industry. Save your money and your nerves—avoid this place at all costs!

And the bathroom floor was very slippery
The pool was enjoyable, the lobby was nice. The breakfast bar was good and aplenty.
We dined there one evening but the meal was very expensive for not a ton of food.
