Perfect stay

I've stayed in Dorm for couple of nights.
It is one of the best hostels I've been to. All facilities are clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and big enough, small cozy garden is beautiful and of course the owner and workers are super friendly and very welcoming. I will definitely recommend you to take a good advice from "Lady of Porto" on sightseeing, restaurants and wine.
Location is perfect, just perfect!
I definitely will be back to this place.

Avoid it.

To begin with, he's in a no-go zone. And to follow the facilities leave a lot to be desired. Everything in the common areas was dirty, it smelled bad, when we got to the room, I had never found a bathroom so extremely dirty, the truth is that we went where we came from.

Nice room and staff, thin walls

Only had a short stay here in a private room. It was nice, clean and comfortable. The room had it's own large bathroom. The only issue was that the walls are very thin so I could hear talking and arguing in other rooms late at night. Otherwise the place is great and overall seemed quiet at night.

Peachy

Our room in this easy to find hostel was clean, light and airy. The bathroom was sunny and bright but whoever designed the layout needs to return to architect school. The half hour walk from the hostel to Porto is effortless and not unattractive. Although the building is a breeze to find it's not located in a particularly nice area and for that reason alone I feel it may be a little overpriced.

Warm and welcoming

We stayed 2 nights in this awesome hostel.
Hot showers, clean white sheets and pillowcases daily, lockable under bed drawer, large kitchen/dining area, quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor grassy space. Has mini-split heat pumps for heating. Is 5 min walk from Campanha train station. 35 min walk to old center of Porto and sights to see.
