Relaxing, effective - a place to come back

Room very spacious. Bathroom, WC separated-very pleasant. Staff very friendly and courteous, therapists and therapies competent. Surroundings invites for excursions and hikes. The SPA is subject to a small surcharge and therefore not overcrowded. Catering on a buffet basis can therefore be selected individually.
A place to feel good and to come back.

A great getaway in Nondorf

Very relaxing 5 days, comfortable room with en-suite overlooking lovely lush gardens. Food was excellent and given choices. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great spa facilities. Very clean and welcoming .

Unfortunately, no more feel-good oasis

Unfortunately, austerity (I have been here before, only 2 years ago everything was different) destroys the feel-good factor: no fridge in the
Rooms, furniture and sanitary facilities very old, bar operation on low flame, mainly vending machine operation for self-service, no sales exhibitions, no evening events, wellness area must be paid separately. Too bad, I guess I have to find another spa hotel now.

not really 4 star

I was a spa guest at the hotel. The first disappointment was the spa area. The pool was not in use due to a technical fault, the sauna had no relaxation area and was closed from 6 p.m. I had a double room that was spacious, but unfortunately quite worn, e.g. stained carpet, in the bathroom you could only shower in the bathtub with a curtain. The room was on the side facing away from the street and was quiet. The hotel is on a through road with a slope, and can be quite loud depending on the direction of the room. The food was sometimes OK, sometimes just unloving, especially in the evenings, cold platters, ham and cheese toast, egg dumplings without anything else to go with them. A green salad would actually not be a big deal.
All in all, the hotel does not quite meet my expectations of 4 stars. The friendly staff and service were positive.
