Apart Fliana si trova a Ischgl e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna. Skilift Mathon e Arena Silvretta sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Tra le altre attrazioni della zona spiccano Alpinarium e Strada Panoramica Silvretta-Hochalpenstraße. Qui c'è tutto per divertirsi sulla neve, ad esempio lo sci di fondo e lo sci alpino, oppure prova le altre attività all'aperto come lo slittino e le escursioni con racchette da neve. I highly do not recommed this pseudo-Apart
The offer states as an apartment for 6 people, 50-55 square meters, but in reality it's a small studio for at most 2 people and 2 small children.
The space is also understated.
The studio is actually 40 square meters!! The room advertised as a double room is actually a 4-square-meter broom closet!!
Prisoner standards are higher! There's a toilet without a sink. There's no balcony or terrace, although the offer mentions a "partial" balcony or terrace.
It's clear that the owners haven't renovated the building for many years. There's a cracked drawer in the refrigerator, and no soap. The drying room stinks that we had to put on our ski shoes outside.

Moderate, could be much better for the money
One bench for 6/8 people is tight, you also want to sit comfortably.
Sauna was special right in the room. Nice after skiing though.
Beds fine, bathroom too.

Clean Apartments and a Good Location- But noisy guests
We got a deal with Sunweb which included a 6 day ski pass- the value was very good.
There's a small bakery next door and 4 restaurants nearby. Note- Austria seem to love cash, and some places (including this apartment) do not take card payments (in 2023!)
The studio apartment was older but fine- all the basics. Very small kitchette. Lots of hot water for the shower.
We hired a ski locker in Ischgl to save carting out ski gear around- roughly 10Euros a day.
The main issue with the apartments is the noise from other residents. There seems to be one door in the block that repeated slammed on closing, and quite a few loud semi drunk lads arriving back at 11:30pm and then up at 7am making more noise.
We won't come back anytime soon. Ischgl is getting very busy on the slopes and commercial. They have even started charging for the free car park :-(

Though our stay was comfortable, when it came time to pay our bill, we were disappointed that the hotel tacked on additional fees even though we were under the impression that expedia had included these fees in the total booking cost. We are not sure if it's a problem from the expedia, or from the apartment management, but what was supposed to be a booking of 1,140 EURO (incl. fees) came with an additional EUR 140 fees. The management absolutely refused to address this discrepancy, and we are convinced that this is a kind of scam they run because they request payment in cash (which, is also a bit ludicrous in this day and age).
Finally, it is incomprehensible why there is a charge of 15 EURO PER PERSON of a "cleaning fee". This fee to me suggests that some cleaning would be done during our stay, this was NOT THE CASE. Nobody came to clean. Isn't cleaning just part of a regular rental? It's the first time I've seen this.
