Great hotel shame but be warned about the cat.

Really nice modern hotel where you can just have breakfast and walk easily to the ski lifts. Only issue is the cat. this place is spotlessly clean, but the cat obviously gets into the rooms. I am allergic to cats and spent the week on Antihistamine with blocked sinuses unfortunately. Had it got worse we might have had to move hotel. Might be a good idea to warn potential guests with pet allergies.

Nice rooms, poor breakfast, unhelpful staff

One thing I can’t complain about was the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms, on the other hand it felt like you were just a number and the hotel staff never interacted or seemed to help the guests. The breakfast was very poor and the selection of the continental breakfast wasn’t huge. The scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage that was available was allways cold and had been sat there for a long time

Hello from Ischgl. We are really sad that you had the impression that our staff never interacted with you. We are a small Hotel, a bed&breakfast, so there is no Animation team or a 24 hour service at the reception, but we are always here for our guests if they need something. Our eggs, bacon, sausage and so on is always made fresh from the kitchen, especially our fried eggs are made always "a la minute", so you just have to order them. If you need a "huge continental breakfast" like you wrote than you should book better a huge five star hotel which costs three times more.

Fantastic Ski Stay

We stayed here over Christmas and we cannot fault the hotel at all.
The place is spotless, our room was excellent size (and well thought out in terms of space for ski clothing). It was really quiet in the area and beds were super comfy.
I used the sauna each evening (apart from on Saturdays where it is closed for cleaning) and again this was a really clean, and very relaxing space.
Breakfast each morning was great, cereals, toasts, cured meats, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and bacon, along side fruit, yoghurts and coffee, tea and hot chocolate and juices available.
The boot room was brilliant, heated boot holders and a good size.
The walk to the main lift took us maybe 5 minutes maximum.
We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again should we return to Ischgl to ski!

Exceptional.

Exceptional hotel. One of the nicest ski hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect distance from the lifts. Staff were excellent. Rooms were immaculate and modern. Great spa area. Fantastic breakfast selection. Superb ski room with heated boot prongs.

Excellent accommodation/Great location

Excellent accommodation. Very clean, everything looked brand new. Quilts sheets all perfect condition and comfy bed too Warm quality shower and great location. Close but not too close to the centre.
Would definitely recommend this accommodation.
