Very nice apartment!
We stayed for a week in Apart Reich and enjoyed it very much. Very well equipped kitchen combined with a small dining/living room, big master bedroom and somewhat smaller bedroom with a bunkbed, luxurious bathroom. Location is outside Längenfeld, only a few minutes by car. Very nice Brötchen-service (order bread the day before and they are delivered next morning) and helpful owner.

Perfect stay!
We spent almost 2 weeks in this apartment and it was really nice!
It was very confortable, very nice beds, very well equipped kitchen, good bathroom, every thing was clean and seemed new! The owner is so nice! And always available to help!
The place is 10 minutes by car to sölden, 2 minutes from Langenfeld. There was no need for snow chains as the house is close from the main road which is clean from snow.
So: perfect house in perfect location with perfect owner! We totally recommend it!

Actual 2 bedroom apartment was excellent--rest not!!!
If you wanted to be out in the open air away from everything in Langenfeld and the Aqua Dome, halfway up a mountain this is the place for you. The hostess was not the most! Make sure you read the rules on this place BEFORE you book. Check-in is not till 5pm and checkout is no later than 9:30 am. Quiet time is from 8:30 pm and definitely no noise after 10:30 pm. We never met the hostess until she came up at 7:30 AM to collect her money for the room. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night. My son-in-law had booked the room and put down that there would be 4 adults and 1 child under 3 in the room, which you have to do when you book on another on-line booking site. She knew all this in advance. The morning we left as we were putting on our shoes out in the hallway which was 3 flights up staircase, she came out of the other room which was a 1 bedroom and said there was too much. We thought she was complaining about the guests in the other room as I saw 6 pair of shoes by the door the night before. She then looked at us and said too many and pointed to our room. We said what? and she said too many only pay for 4. You need to pay 50Euro more (that's what we thought we heard). I gave here the 50 Euro rather than argue with her as she was obviously not happy about being stiffed on the other room. The actual price for children after 4 adults is 15 Euro. She did not say oh that's too much and give me back 35 Euro.
The other thing about this location is it is actually out of town and up a narrow mountain road and takes 20 minutes to get back into Langenfeld and the Aqua Dome. There is nothing to do up on the mountain and based on the check in/out times you'd be hard pressed to do something if you wanted to and maybe only if you were staying several days. This is not suited to children by any means. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Из всех посещенных апартотелей этот поразил больше всего!!!! Я не удивлюсь если до нас никто в нем не жил, не спал на кроватях , не ел из посуды и не готовил на кухне.ВСЕ БЫЛО АБСОЛЮТНО НОВОЕ! Но при этом очень тщательно продуманно:в спальню дверь плотно закрывается и не мешает звук посудомоечной машины,висит новый ТВ, в котором есть USB и можно смотреть фильмы, приятные ароматизаторы,предусмотрительно хозяева даже оставили необходимые мелочи, которые обидно покупать, но они нужны:соль,перец,мука, зубочистки!бумага для запекания и фильтры для кофемашины!!!!! Ни в одних апартаментах такого не было.
Мы поздно приехали для заселения, так хозяева оставили на входной двери записку с ключем, а по самому холлу развесили опознавательные знаки куда идти и которые апартаменты наши. При этом они оставили гостевой бланк для заполнения, а пришли за ним спустя пару дней. Очень внимательно и участливо поинтересовались все ли у нас хорошо, оплатить сказали при выезде.
Есть парковочное место. Вокруг только аналогичные жилые дома и тишина. До ближайших Apres Ski нужно добираться, но по моему это огромный плюс,т.к не шумно. Однозначно мы будем теперь всегда останавливаться в этих апартаментах, когда будем кататься в Зельдене.

Wohlfühltage
Das Appartement ist komplett neu. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man hineinkommt. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und das Bad ist Riesen groß.
Längenfeld erreicht man in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto, dort gibt es reichlich Geschäfte und sehr gute Restaurants. Zu empfehlen ist die Pizzeria Infang.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder!!!
