Really nice!

Easily accessible, great clean room, great mattress, everything is there. Elevator, free parking across from 6 AM to 8 PM.

The room was in generally good condition, though the bathroom sink did not drain and the TV remote worked sporadically. The location is handy to a Hofer and restaurants and also a nearby park. The traffic noise was a problem at night.

Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz).
No on-site staff, but responsive to emails.
Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip bathmat as the shower floor was quite slippery.
