Clean, welcoming, very good

It is a welcoming and friendly ferienhof with good beds and hygiene. Good breakfast and beautiful mountain views. Even in the evening it is nice to stay on the terrace. The owners often have a drink and are up for a nice chat.

Hotel OK, boss unbearable

The house is clean and the rooms are comfortably furnished.
The boss absolutely unkind. Every question too much or you get dumbed down. Hospitality is a foreign word here. For this reason I will certainly not visit this hotel again.

Dirty, nasty and smelly!

We slept in an apartment. Upon arrival we had to go to an outbuilding. We were not received kindly at all, she immediately showed that she was not happy that we were not staying a whole week.
We also got another apartment because there was water damage in the one we booked (it can happen). But this apartment was attached to the cowshed. The whole apartment was rotten. Really smelly, not clean and even the dishwasher was still full (or clean) from the previous guests... there were spider threads everywhere and we found quite a bit of hair. Where we had to empty the waste, in the shed, was also extremely dirty. We also received a hint on the penultimate day to do some cleaning. With wipes on the door handle
In short: unfriendly host, not clean and extremely smelly.

Decent place but far from town

Our room was comfortable, clean, of a good size and with a lovely view. It was serviced daily. The breakfast was included and offered a reasonable selection. The location has advantages and disadvantages. It is a bit out of town and so is blissfully quiet, but that means you need to walk around 25 minutes to get to most of the restaurants and bars or to the main ski lift. There are no restaurants or bars at all close by. There is a stop for the ski bus just outside the hotel, but you need to time it well as the buses to this stop are not very regular.
I would have expected a family run guesthouse like this one to have been more proactive in offering information and service. When we asked questions, we were provided with information, but sometimes you don't even know what to ask when just arriving at a location. A short briefing about what was available both in the guesthouse and around it would have been appreciated. There is also information we would have appreciated prior to arrival ( we booked vie email directly with the guesthouse). For example, when we arrived at the train station, we had no idea how to get to the hotel and had to ask around to realise that it would really only be possible by taxi. We also did not even realise there was a special ski storage room in the guesthouse till we noticed it ourselves the day we left.

Great Hotel & good value for money

Very good hotel located 15 minute walk from town centre. Ski bus 'F' runs 3 times in the morning & 3 times in the afternoon Very hospitable staff. For breakfast there is always a good selection of hams & cheese as well as some fruit & veg. Rooms are clean, vary in sizes, we had a massive double room that would easily accommodate 4 people but our friends room was a lot smaller although still big enough for a couple. Free internet available. There is a nice spa on site - 2 saunas along with ice grotto and rest area with loungers. you can also enjoy a drink or two in the bar next to reception.
