Just great!
Our ski family holiday at Thurnerhof was a complete success. Everyone is so friendly and always helpful. The food is amazing and the kitchen deserves a lot of praise!!!
The infinity pool with this view and saunas were magnificent and every afternoon a good way to relax for the whole family after skiing.

Truly ultimate holiday
We are already coming to Hotel Thurnerhof for the fourth year with our children and that says it all! It feels like coming home every time.
Everything here is taken care of to perfection. Dinner is a party every night: refined dishes, beautiful presentation and great flavors. Breakfast is also extensive and fresh, with something for everyone. And then the afternoon tea... delicious cakes and sweet treats that you really look forward to after an active day.
The pool is beautiful and spacious, ideal for enjoying with the children. In addition, the saunas are wonderful to fully unwind. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and have stunning mountain views—just what you expect from a hotel of this level.
What really makes our stay extra special is the staff. Everyone is super nice, always friendly and genuinely helpful. You really feel welcome here. Also the taxi service to the slopes and back is perfectly arranged, which makes the stay extra comfortable.
Hopefully we can go here again next year — we are already looking forward to it!

Nice hotel on edge of town but would benefits from some extra space
Very nice hotel fitted out to a high standard. Full board option had good food selections and friendly wait staff.
Rooms were on the smaller side but were well decorated and functional. Shuttle to the lift in the morning was regular.
The hotel lacked communal space to socialise with others on the trip. It has a very small bar which is very dark and in the middle of the building (no windows to take advantage of the views) with maybe 6 small high tables. It needed a lounge or bigger bar where you could relax on vacation and had a window. There was nowhere really to relax outside of the room.
The location is also on the edge of town. It is approx 20 min walk to the town so only book if you are comfortable with this.
Saalbach is a nice town but I would probably stay closer next time with a hotel with an area to relax with others.

Damit Sie dennoch bequem zu den Skiliften gelangen, ist unser Skishuttle-Service in Ihrem Aufenthalt inbegriffen.
Unsere Bar ist bewusst etwas dunkler und gemütlich gestaltet, während das Restaurant über Fenster mit Aussicht verfügt.
Gegenüber der Bar, neben der Rezeption, befindet sich eine sehr gemütliche Lobby-Sitzecke mit Rundum-Fenstern und einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge.
Zudem stehen unseren Gästen zwei Spielräume, ein 20-Meter-Pool, Ruheräume zum Entspannen zur Verfügung.
Wir und unser gesamtes Team sind stets bemüht Ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen und gerne mitzudenken.
Manchmal gibt es am Berg nicht so viel Platz wie in einem großen Resort – dafür legen wir umso mehr Wert auf Herzlichkeit und persönliche Betreuung.

Just great
We spent a week here and a wonderful time! The rooms were spacious, modern and bright. For our little daughter everything was provided (cot, diaper bucket). In the playground our little one has been able to spend great hours. It offers something for every age and is therefore exciting for every child. The games room is also varied and lovingly furnished. So we parents could spend a relaxing holiday. We would particularly like to highlight the staff - so friendly and personal, owners who are present and concerned! We felt like home! The wellness area invites you to relax, is cozy and spacious. Because of the bad weather, even the pool opening hours were adjusted. Here, too, the well-being of the guests was in the foreground! The food - both in the morning and in the evening - was insanely good and always served very nicely. Personal requests (especially for children's meals) were always taken into account. Merci many times to everyone! It was great with you!

Family wellness holiday
Fabulous hotel, modern rooms, very helpful staff. The requirements of a gluten-free diet were taken into account in every dish and, if necessary, very flexible.
Indoor pool and wellness area were the end point of every day and very appealing designed.
