Beyond all expectations

Excellent location, spacious room with double bathroom, perfectly air-conditioned, comfortable beds, TV and minibar, safe, breakfast and dining room staff very kind and ready to resolve any need.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE: Massive Safety Scandal and Extremely Hostile Staff! Avoid!

Worst experience ever. Unacceptable behavior. There is an old, extremely rude man at the reception who completely ignored us to set up tables. When we spoke up, he aggressively yelled at us to 'learn to wait' and insulted us. He then told us to cancel and leave. My 2.5-year-old son was terrified by his aggressive behavior. He speaks with an incomprehensible, hostile accent and almost threw the keys at our faces. He refused to show or even explain where our room was; we had to find it ourselves. We came here based on a past recommendation, but there is clearly a massive, disastrous change in management. This place is absolutely horrific. Avoid at all costs.To make matters worse, the safety situation is a complete scandal. The hotel starts on the 1st floor of the building. The key that opens the main entrance door is exactly the same key that opens your room door. Crucially, every single guest in the hotel has this exact same key. This means that every guest effectively holds a master key and can enter your room at any moment. There is absolutely no personal safety or security for your belongings. Anyone could unlock your door and walk in while you are sleeping or when you are out. This setup completely violates basic hospitality security standards. Do not stay here!

The behavior you described is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of hospitality and customer service we strive to provide. We are particularly concerned to learn that both you and your young son felt uncomfortable and intimidated during your interaction at reception.
We also apologize for the lack of assistance provided upon arrival and for the confusion regarding the location of your room.
Regarding your concerns about security, we take guest safety extremely seriously and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. However, we would like to clarify that there appears to have been a misunderstanding. Each room key is programmed to open only the specific room assigned to the guest. It is not possible to access another guest's room with a different room key. We fully agree that such a situation would represent a serious security issue, but we can assure you that this is not the case at our property.

Simple, but welcoming and cozy with great location.

Basic, but a clean and nice room with comfortable beds and impressively quiet, very friendly and helpful owners, great breakfast and great location.

Everything is fantastic! Huge bedroom, with two bathrooms! Impeccable cleanliness and very kind and helpful staff. Excellent location near the center. What can I say... highly recommended indeed!
