Hotel for couples and family, for skiing a dream
Simply a top hotel with great service and especially people who work there. One of the best hotels I know. Super friendly staff. Trying to fulfill all wishes. Great cuisine and delicious breakfast. Super suitable also for families with children. And super nice rooms with great panoramic views

A stay like staying with good friends – just great

We spent a few wonderful days with our extended family and 8 grandchildren in the Alpine resort Walsertal in Faschina. As a family-run hotel, it conveys a sense of security from the very first moment – you feel like you are in your own family.
The children were free to move and felt at home not only in the playroom, but throughout the house.
The hotel is run by the third generation of Hildegard and Frank Sperger, supported by son Fabio, who has international experience in running the kitchen. The food is exceptionally high quality and at hood level.
From the warm welcome to the departure a perfect stay, supported by a motivated and attentive team. Absolutely recommend!

Nice hotel with moderate service
The newly renovated hotel is very nice and perfectly located. Unfortunately, on our arrival the welcome was not present and even on departure one was not asked how the stay was. You just didn't really feel welcome. That's a shame, as the food and also otherwise the hotel (room, wellness, children's playroom) is really great. The service just wasn't right. It was better cleaned than served and you had the feeling you were being "worked off". The exception was a nice gentleman at the evening service who was really very attentive and accommodating. In the bar area after dinner we were not served although we were seen.
Since the dining area is relatively extensive, it would be nice if you were served coffee at breakfast at the table.

Top hotel in a very small but very beautiful ski area.
As always, our stay was perfectly relaxing. As a family, we have been staying at this hotel for 9 years (-1 year of lockdown) on our ski holidays. The new part of the hotel (built in 2020) with the dining room is wonderfully done. The kitchen, as every year, was a big positive surprise. After around 60 dinners, we have never had the same main course, but always very varied menu ideas! Despite the shortage of skilled workers, there are enough service staff who make an effort and rarely have any trouble. But this is part of life and also loosens up the hotel experience a bit. The long-standing employees are extremely committed. The cleaning staff have been the same for years and the cleanliness is very high. What more could you want as a hotel guest?

We would love to come back, we would love to come back with our family...
We spent two wonderful days in the Alpenresort Walsertal. The interior design of the new building in particular invites you to linger, pause and enjoy. Service, cuisine - sensational. The discreet presence of the owner family, the attention to the guest, the cooperation of the employees ... a house to switch off and feel good. A suggestion for a small improvement was immediately taken on board ...
