Perfect Mistral Bay❤️

Perfect and nice Mistral Bay
The room every day clean ,towels change every 2 days(it’s very cool).
Breakfast and dinner very taste .
View from our room was amazing .We take Panoramic room.
Very good sound insulation.I think it’s very important.
The hotel have new,have modern design
The rooftop - I think Mistral Bay has the best view for the city.
The hotel situated in city centre .Everything what you want and what you need is close to the hotel.
Manager Tanzin the best)) he help you with all of you need.Very attentive ☺️Every time smiling and very kind

Loved everything! Perfect location and amazing views from the rooftop.

We stayed at Mistral Bay for 11 nights. We loved everything! The location is excellent, right on the promenade, and it’s the tallest building in the area. The rooftop bar offers breathtaking views and has two jacuzzis. It's a great spot for sunbathing, making beautiful pictures and they also host discos there on Wednesdays.
​The breakfasts and dinners are great, delicious food and nice variety. You can also dine outside with a view of the sea. The cleaning was good, and the staff was friendly and polite. There are many nice beaches around also the bus station is nearby, making it easy to travel to many interesting places in the area. I visited Ierapetra, Voulisma Beach and Elounda. Everything was great, we enjoyed everything!

Stay at the Mistral Bay Hotel

We loved the hotel. I'd like to separately note the work of administrator Tanzil, who was very helpful. The property had clearly been renovated, as the furniture and furnishings were new. The food was good, and we especially enjoyed the Greek dishes. The rooftop bar deserves special mention, offering stunning views of the sea and the city. We'd love to return next year.

Good experience

I recommend! Great place, there was recently a renovation, excellent view from the window, on the ground floor there is a small pool, and on the roof 2 jacuzzis and relaxation area, bar, here delicious food and pleasant staff, special thanks to the manager Tanzil. The nearest beach is 4 minutes away.

Vacation in Mistral Bay

We had a wonderful stay at Mistral Bay Hotel. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the center of Agios Nikolaos.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The food was tasty, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
A special thank you to Tanzil at the reception. He was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. He was always ready to help with any questions, provided useful recommendations, and made us feel truly valued as guests. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service made a real difference to our holiday.
We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
