Best hotel in Corfu

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a perfect location, and the views from the infinity pool are incredible. The service was truly exceptional, the staff was so attentive and kind that we didn't have to call reception even once. Everything was always spotless and ready for us. Highly recommend, and we’d love to stay here again next time we visit Corfu!

Not a 5 stars standard

Positive:
Restaurants: service and food
Swimming pool: fascinating, easy to find loungers, service, food and drinks!
Shuttle service to the beach is punctual
The welcoming team at the door
Negative: reception team very slow and not very helpful / some don’t speak or understand English. Confusion is everywhere.
The room upon checking in not clean hairs won floor and dust on bed side table and on living room table needed cleaning. House keeper took care directly till the last day of our stay and provided us with everything needed.
Minibar empty.
Slippers very cheap like the one you buy on the cheapest website.
Got bitten by a bee the staff in spa applied an antihistamine gel. Their attentive service was a plus.
The hotel is new but the carpet in the hall doesnt indicate this it was full of spots and unclean. Maybe never vaccumed.

Superb hotel, one of the best we have ever stayed at! Whether it was the staff, the facilities, the location, everything was perfect! I recommend it 100%! A dream!

Amazing family holiday.

From top to bottom an amazing experience for our family. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The pool is breathtaking.
