Terrible management uncontactable when we accidentally left key in the apartment, air conditioner not working

Stay away terrible uncontactable management.
We are family of four. We accidentally left key in apartment and we’re locked out . Despite trying multiple contact numbers and eventually going into Chania Irene hotel who manage the airtime ts . There was no one at reception . We had to go back to Kalamaki and get a hotel room for the night . The following morning when eventually contacted the management not even an apology for being uncontactable .
Similarly when ac wasn’t working tried several times to reach them had to wait following day .
Only cleaned once in 6 nights .
No toilet paper or toiletries .
Sheets too small for double beds .
Despite asking for 4 singles way in advance got 2 double beds .
It could have been a more pleasant experience . Management are terrible
