A special experience

It was a great experience to spend our holiday at Fundana Villa. Beautiful quiet location with a nice view and convenient location to trips on the island.
We were in suite no. 12 from May 23 to June 6, 2026 and had 2 wonderful weeks there.
Also special how owner Alex runs this company. He is very helpful and always approachable with questions.
In short, a stay at Fundana Villas is highly recommended.

Beautiful location

Are you looking for a quiet, authentic and small-scale location then you have come to the right place. Beautiful views all around. Nice pool and great breakfast.
Owner Alex is very helpful and gives great tips.

Breathtaking views, tranquil location, unique 17th century villa

We had a wonderful stay at the fundana villas. Alex and his father Spiros are excellent hosts. They gave us great tips for sightseeing and were very helpful. Fundana Villas is a unique and incredibly tranquil place to stay. It is a restored 17th century villa set in am olive Grove, at the top of a beautiful valley. The views are breathtaking. There is a lovely swimming pool overlooking the valley and you are surrounded by nature. It's so good for the soul, this place. Just a short drive away, there are the stunning beaches of paleokastritsa and a five minute drive away is the charming village of Dukades with lovely Tavenas to eat. We mainly dined in the Elizabeth Tavena the food was amazing and the environment is so charming. We stayed in a gorgeous two bedroomed suite. Beds super comfy with pretty verandas overlooking the stunning valley. I will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Spiros and Alex, Norah, Rebecca and Johanna

Embellished decoys and misinformation. Nothing matches reality.

The booking site said it was a 4-star hotel, close to the beach = 10 minutes on foot.
We booked an apartment that would be 30m2. The booking page shows nice pictures but it is only decoy pictures, the reality is different.
Nothing was right, the room we got was about 10m2 and had seen its best days. None of the facilities one would expect from a 4-star hotel were available.
The beach was at least 5 km away so you had to drive by car. The map showing the location of the hotel in Paleokastritsi was not correct either, the hotel is instead located in the middle of the country.
We were extremely disappointed and left the hotel early.
Strongly discourage!

We tried everything we can in order to satisfy you.
We offered other accomodation possibilities and recommendations for beaufitull attractions.
But you were unfortunately not satisfied with anything.
We hope to see you in the future and reverse your opinion, in our small green paradise of Fundana

Incredibly beautiful scenic property to wake up in and come back to each day. We didn't want to leave!
Clean and well-managed.
Alex the owner was always friendly and helpful, and quick to tackle any question raised.
