Room with view
Structure well-kept, clean and with beautiful views. Very impressive the infinity pool. We had a great time in the spacious apartment and suitable for families with children.
The view from the room repays the effort of having to take the car to get downtown.

Panoramic and comfortable apartment
We stayed pleasantly in an apartment of this property.
Niki welcomed us very kind and professional, available to give us many suggestions and to meet us for requests.
The apartment is simple and functional, with light and recent furnishings; spotless, excellent beds and linen. Very nice flower garden of Mediterranean plants around and the beautiful pool.
It is a little outside Pigadia and you need to have a car to reach the center, shops and beaches in a few minutes.
We enjoyed the location a bit higher than the city, very quiet and peaceful, ventilated and therefore cooler and a beautiful view of the bay of Pigadia!

Wonderful Stay at Renatas Villas
Had a wonderful stay at an apartment in beautiful Renatas Villas in June 2023 with breath taking views from my terrace and while swimming in there infinity swimming pool looking down on the town as the property is high up above in the hills and across towards the mountains. Niki the owner is very friendly and helpful and anything I needed she was there to help.
A few reviews on here make out unprofessional & building site from few years ago, I'm pleased to say all work is about complete to a very high standard, the apartment was very spacious, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen, I had ground floor apartment, very nice view from my terrace but I would advise if possible to request 1st floor apartment as view from there balcony must be amazing. Plenty of outdoor space, there is a barbecue, swimming pool is beautiful & much bigger than looks in photos, the property even has its own chapel and saints day.
Although many have said it is a essential I did not have a car, if you are young, fit and a planner like me, you can do withour it is only 15-20 minute walk to bus station & 25-30 minute to harbour all uphill back With a bit of planning in high season with bus & ferries times, you can get to most of the beautiful places of the island, just the airport area beaches may be difficult to get to.
The only slight negative is the air con is only in living room, although I did not have a problem cooling my bedroom down, maybe if it had been warmer at night, it may have been more difficult I hope in the future air con can be installed in bedroom to make the place even better.
In all wonderful Stay at Renatas Villas and hope to stay again when island hoping regards Matthew

Unforgettable view of the bay
We stay in Renata's Villas for 6 nights. The accommodation is spacious, we have a bedroom with balcony and view to the bay of Pigadia. Wonderful view especially in the morning and in the early evening. The kitchen is quite big for 2 adults. Accessories could be more diverse (e.g. wine opener or sharp knife), but personnel was very helpful and brought us if we need something. The wifi worked perfectly. We were accepted by Niki, who is extremely professional, especially in these covid times. She also showed us also the mobile phone application for Karpathos which is very useful. There is also a wonderful new swimming pool with a terrace and a perfect view of the bay. Some things are still under construction, but I think that everything will be finished by the next season. Everything is extremely clean. The surroundings are very tranquil. Also, the whole personnel is very professional. We also have a special room for our luggage and bathroom, since we have a flight to Athens late in the vevning. Pigadia is exactly 1,2 km, you need about 20 minutes on foot. The first market with vegetables and fruits is 560m. The big market is located in downtown Pigadia. The problem is only that Renata's Villas is located on the hill so you need a car. In any way, you need a car if you want to see this beautiful island (Apella beach, Kato Lefkas, Olympos and many villages inside of the island). We rent a car from Superbikes Rent a car and deliver the car directly to the hotel. In any case, you need a car with min. 1250 ccm, because the island is very hilly. The gasoline prices were 1,92 Euros per liter. In any case, if visit Karpathos again we will stay again in Renata's Villas.

Great place to stay at ksrpatos
We stay heare for a week.The Place is lokated just out side the center of pagadia at a uniq point of view. Every apartment have it space and its very big and klean. The hospitalety is familly and very usfule. Reni the huner happy to help and the place full with nice hidden places to see
