Wonderful place to stay.

I'm just back from a weeks stay at Villa Theodora and what lovely accommodation it is. It's room only, but the rooms have everything you need for a self catering holiday. There are sofa beds, a full size cooker, fridge freezer, my room had a double bed, a full wall of storage space, a shower over a bath and a washing machine in the bathroom. There's a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board in the bedroom as well. The apartments are cleaned daily by the hard working house keeping ladies and it has a lovely pool area. The owner Theodora is there most days as is her husband, but they run other businesses as well so they're very busy ( they have a bar and taverna on the harbour). Nikiana is a small resort but there are about 7/8 places to eat within walking distance. All in all it was a wonderful holiday for me. I cannot recommend Villa Theodora highly enough.

Lovely apartment well located in Nikiana before joining our flotilla. We had three lovely bedrooms and plenty of lounge and kitchen space. Host was friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

In a word, fantastic.

We just got back from 10 days Villa Theodora. It's been great. From owner Theodora received a warm welcome. We stayed in a studio. What a beautiful clean and beautiful complex. Every day was cleaned by Stamata who said friendly goodbye to us every morning. They also have a restaurant with a fantastic courtyard where we ate a lot. Restaurant is called Spiros. If you go to Villa Theodora you should definitely eat there.
We will definitely be back, thank you Theodora!

Not to get excited about

Stayed here with my mother. The studios are good and very neat. The rest of the complex is also neat. Every day there is cleaning.
However, when we arrived in the evening there was no one to be seen and everything was dark. No warm welcome. After a while the owner's brother came to hand us the keys. We didn't see the owner until a day later. She barely speaks English. There is nothing else in the complex. You can't eat there. However, there are eateries and shops nearby. The complex is located on a busy road. When we stayed there were construction works carried out next to the complex which was very
caused a lot of noise pollution.

Bad and incompetent management

We stayed on vacation for 12 days at this property, being two families we rented an apartment. The structure is run very badly, starting from the contact person who should take care of the hospitality upon arrival of customers, which we have not seen the least from the owner rude and overfuckin' person. We stayed for 11 days without water to wash, since we were on holiday at the beach, but especially for the toilets. Punctually every night we could not find water is even sometimes we had to wash with bottles of water bought at the supermarket. Warning several times of the outage the owner sent someone when and if available to open the tanks they used for the management of the pool, in fact that time they happened to open the tanks to give water the pool not only dropped in water level but did not work the recycling and pest control of water with chlorine. Not to mention the failure to clean the apartment, where sand, hair and dirt remained day after day. The incompetent cleaning staff. I strongly advise against going to this property, because they do a table play between the owner and on-site staff that should take care of the customers instead they agree with a thousand excuses and blame each other so that the customer believes it. In the bathrooms, water came out of the siphons with soap when you could take a shower. Chandelier bulbs electrocuted and never changed. There are no washing machines inside the apartments. We had to go wash the stuff in the toilets. They do not have the education and professionalism to welcome and manage the customer. I will NEVER go there again.
