Very clean and comfortable

Everything about Koxyli studios was first class: cleanliness, daily towel exchange, nice little touches like hanging baskets in the bathroom for toiletries, good WiFi, friendly owners, mosquito net doors so you could sleep with the windows open, loads of coat hangers, hanging space and drawers, more than adequate crockery etc, very comfortable beds, ideally positioned for town and both local beaches, nice little balcony with drying rail. I’ve probably missed something out but I would definitely recommend Koxyli.

Simple but wonderful. Friendly owners, clean and spacious.

This was our last destination on our three week greece jaunt. On a super budget i had low expectations ( the photo's on booking.com weren't wonderful) I coudn't have been more surprised. Vasilli welcomed us, we arrived super early off the early coach from chania, they took us straight to our room and didnt' complain that i had forgotten to let them know we needed an extra bed ( no charge) The room, although slightly dated, was large, clean and quiet. We popped to the shops to stock up on the basics and came back to find a large plate of freshly baked local pasties in our room. They were amazing. Two days later we found a large bag of organic pears hanging from our door handle which daughter devoured.
really helpful items were included: small bottle olive oil, sugar, tea, washing up sponge, tea towel, salt, various plates/dishes pans.
The beach was only two minutes away ( the sandy one) amazing vegetarian restaurant one minute away and all other tavernas/shops within five minutes.
we paid about 40 euro per night and it was well worth it - we would return for sure. Thank you Vasilli for a wonderful stay. :)

everything you need & lovely owners

I love Paleochora. I've been there a lot of times. In the meantime I go there every year to have a great time - and feeling immediately arrived like at home.
The rooms of Koxyli are very clean. Cleaning every day. The owner and his wife are really nice and always honestly smiling. The Studio has everything I needed, including a little kitchen. The only thing I missed, was a mattress, which I don't feel (barrel-arbor). It's in silent Corner, so good to sleep at night. The beach is 150 meters away.

Excellent choice if you need a studio / apartment

We have stayed here several times during our holidays in Paleochora. And we are not the only regular visitors here. The studios are neat, very clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is on a quiet street just behind the busier street by the sandy beach, so the beach is very near as well as the center of the village and the harbour.

Perfect...feels like "home"

If you want to have a home away from home for the few days you'll be spending in Paleochora, let Koxyli be it!
Mr. Vasilis and his family, made us feel welcome from the first second we entered the hotel.
Koxyli is clean, cosy, with spacious rooms/serviced apartments and with the decorative touch of the family, making it feel as if you are living in their own home :)
We still miss our afternoon coffee with Mr. Vasilis and the nice conversations we had for a number of different topics! :)
