Cute & romantic with minor cons

++
1) Location (in the heart of old town)
2) New, modern room, nicely decorated and IKEA furnished- really cute for a young couple!
3) Fully equiped and really spacious -you can prepare your own breakfast/dinner etc/ supermarket is really close (2min walk)
4) Pretty balcony in our room in the 2nd floor
5) Spacious and modern bathroom
-
1)No cleaning service - you have to clean yourself (equipment available) and ask for new towels etc - I am not sure if this is the case in all studios...
2)Noisy during the evening due the restaurants just below the studio - but we didn't mind - you can just close the windows and open the airco...
3) No elevator and no reception desk/area or personnel either (we got the keys to our room from the restaurant below....)
Overall it was really pleasant to stay there and i would reccomend it for sure for a young couple and for a long stay in town as it is really budget friendly!

Dissapointing..

We are talking about two separate appartments above a restaurant also named novecento.The appartment was really spacious, very comfortable, nicely decorted and in the center of the old town of Rethymno. We rented the second's floor room and we had a very nice balkony. On the other hand there were penty of things that made us a bit furious.. I have to mention that in the bathroom i found hair on the floor and in the shower.. Αlso no one had packed up the rubbish from the previous occupants! The air condition was making ice blocks on the operation principle, obviously needs some maintenance... We stayed there for two days and nobody entered the room to clean or change the towels. The shower's cabin didn't have a protection like a curtain or something like that, so when you had a shower the whole bathroom was flooded with water. You could easily slip and break a leg or two. The lady who had the rooms did not appear at all except at the check in. At the check out nobody was at the restaurant (there ia no reception) and the boy who came to clean the room told us to leave the key on the appartment's frontdoor... I wouldn't recomend it..

Best Place to Be!

Very modern style, every thing is new and clean! The woman who owns the appartements is so friendly and helpful! Perfect place for shopping and nightlife, near to the old habour in the busy main tourist arrea. You are directly at the old sigthseeings and shops, above a very wellknown and delicious restaurant.

Impossibile dormire

Studios gradevole ma invivibile: impossibile dormire per la presenza di due ristoranti molto frequentati, oltre agli schiamazzi e al via vai di fornitori Non si chiude occhio.
Inoltre la pulizia lascia a desiderare.

Πολύ καλό και κεντρικό...

Ήταν πολύ κοντά στα μαγαζιά και στην καθολική εκκλησία της Πόλης. Ήταν ευρύχωρο και μοντέρνο το studio, πολύ καθαρό και ωραίο. Αλλά είχε πολλή φασαρία λόγω του ότι από κάτω από τα Studios λειτουργεί εστιατόριο.
