Family Holiday 2026

We stayed for a week in August with our grown up children. We had a Family Apartment with 2 separate rooms.
The hotel is very well situated for the beach and local bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very clean with shower gel, shampoo and body lotion, and toweling robes.
All areas of the hotel were kept very clean and the area around the pool wasn't too busy, there were always beds available.
The staff were so helpful and kind, and always answered any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble, giving us directions, sorting out our hire car and the puncture we got.
We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel!

The Hotel was nice and cosy, very well coming family run, working hard to satisfy their guests, the room was fantastic, the pool is excellent, and all run by Dimitri the owner. The breakfast from hotel was much better and less expensive than best restaurant around the area, I with my daughter and granddaughter had most relaxing and fantastic times there, recommend to people who likes relaxing holidays.

Amazing experience

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for few days. The hotel is located in the perfect location, just 100m from the black beach. All the restaurants and taverns are around. there is a market and best gyros place in Perissa. we loved our stay and will be back. thank you

Very pleasant stay

Stayed at Three Harites for 6 nights with my family
Accommodation for 4 was perfect
Rooms were cleaned impeccably every day
Nicoletta made us feel at home
Always available to all our requests or simple information
The location is really strategic, a few steps from the beach of Perissa but also close to the bus station, where you do not have a car
We had cars that we conveniently left in the nearby free parking
It is an excellent solution as a base to visit the whole island
Happy to have chosen Perissa and even more pleased to have stayed at Nicoletta's Three Harites

Perfect stopover in Perissa

We were not disappointed with our chose, it delivered on many points. Great location at the end of Perissa beach, close to water taxi to Kamari. 5 min walk to beach and restaurants, and also close to the bus stop for Thira. The room was extremely clean and the view to the hill, and sea was amazing. While there we did the walk up to the ancient ruins of Thira so great location if you want to visit. One thing is certain you will not get a more hospitable host than Nicoletta, she was very warm and friendly always made time to talk, definitely will be back.
A big thank you to her and her staff for very memorable stay in Perissa, Santorini.
