Vfm Hotel

Cleanly renovated rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, very convenient location. An unpleasant smell in the untreated back of the hotel forced us not to use the balcony at all and keep the windows closed all the time.

Quick access to any part of the island you want

Renovated rooms, daily cleaning and towel change. In 3 minutes by car in the country of Skyros. You can park outside the hotel and next to it is a mini market open until late. Nice breakfast with local flavors and the people working helpful and friendly.

UNACCEPTABLE

UNACCEPTABLE! Everything of course starts with the owners who were rude even on the phone. We called them to close the booking without an intermediary and despite that they told us the same price as the booking. We were with a nine-month-old baby and we were supposed to have a playpen there. Of course when we arrived late at night, there was nothing and they brought us a broken one after a reminder. The room smelled of dampness and paint .... The floor was dirty, the blankets too, plus the stench .... The soundproofing was non-existent, the shutter was broken and non-functional, the floor was dirty (the baby was catching various crap that he could put it in his mouth, but luckily he didn't eat anything), the balcony too small - it barely fit two chairs -, the mosquitoes were uncontrollable and there were no nets anywhere, the little one was eaten by mosquitoes and she is wearing cortisone! The breakfast is not busy and they remembered when we arrived to tell us that it is a little short because it is not in full season and they don't want to throw it away, I'm crying ...... Highlight?!?!? We didn't have cash, of course they didn't accept a card while the machine seemed to be working, they didn't cut a receipt and of course they didn't cut even a single euro! To complain, they are completely amateurs
