The hotel was lovely, amazing location in the middle of the mountains. My room was in the newly added section of the hotel, everything was brand new and stylish. The breakfast was lovely and the option to sit outside and have breakfast al fresco was brilliant!

Great location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is very good. The rooms are tight, beds are old and uncomfortable and the interior is quite loud,due to poor insulation between rooms. The hotel is still under construction ,so it's a bit loud. Rooms lack enough electrical outlets . Had to choose between charging phone, using TV , coffee maker or fridge. Also room prices are on the higher side, but you are in prime location, so I suppose that justifies the room price. Yes, we did see a bear near by and the local gang of dogs chased the bear away. Overall would stay again.

Not bad

I stayed here for just one night after traveling the Transfaragasan, the price for the room was a little above average, but this was compensated for by the very low prices in the restaurant. Room nothing exceptional. Very relaxing view nestled in the mountains surrounded by bears.
Two negative notes, the first is that it was impossible to lock the room because the latch was broken, the second is that the girl at the reception tried twice to make us pay for the room in cash even though we had already paid before departure. Distraction?
