BEFORE YOU INSULT SOMEONE MAKE SURE THEY CANNOT SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE

The apartment that we stayed in was the only good thing about this hotel.
The breakfast was poor at best. The staff behind the breakfast bar were rude and offensive to my wife who was simply waiting for her toast to pop up. The staff proceeded to call her TAMPA which translates to 'stupid'. This was terribly unprofessional. When I tried to tell the receptionist she did not understand me and looked like she couldn't care anyway when I said I have a complaint.
When my wife told her about the complaint in romanian she said 'what is so bad about that'. These people do not care and are very unprofessional.
This would not happen in the UK.
I CANNOT WAIT TO GET BACK HOME.

Very good location
