Nice hotel if you travel alone or with your family

This is a good choice if you travel alone and you need a place to stay for a few days.
Is clean, and it has nice and friendly staff, also is quiet even if is very close to the railway.
The view is amazing, you can see the fir forest, also Arinis Arboretum with the ski slope.

The bed was not to confortable, the bathroom needs to be improve the same as the hotel. The place for kids was in very bad care not to be use at all!!!! .The 2 ladys at the reception where very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the monasterys so that is a plus.

Worst stay in a hotel

We were horrified to see that the sheets had not been changed before our arrival (they had weird spots and hairs all over). It was midnight and we didn't know if we could get a room in another hotel, so we asked the receptionist to change our sheets. While changing them, we could see that the pillows were all spotted, she had to replace them, too. As a general suggestion, avoid it, if possible. It is not a 3-star hotel, it a 1-star.

Good

I have been the guest of this hotel for two nights. I had the upper room with a double bed and a living room. Clean room with balcony and natural light. The bathroom with natural light, natural air, clean. A somewhat unpleasant aspect is the lack of a phone that has to do with the reception (or at least a small display with the reception number). Personally, I needed the help of the receptionist to quiet a group of children who confused the hotel with a forest and had a primitive behavior. On the whole, the stay was a good one.

Horrible experience

We have arrived there and it was all good and nice until we have enter the bathroom and we found out that the hot water was lacking. I went to the reception to ask out why there's no hot water and the answer that I was given it was that the hotel was not full and we will have to wait 30 minutes. Also, the sink was moving in all directions, the toilet was not fixed at all. When we went to bed we've also noticed that the bad was really bad and hard to sleep on and the pillows were small. Another thing is that the walls are really thin and if you get noisy neighbours your sleep might be disturbed. Also, your sleep might be disturbed by the trains that are passing by, cos the hotel is situated near the railway.
Even the furniture from the room was all broken and we couldn't store anything around. We had high expectations but we were very disappointedin the end.
The only positive fact it was that we could get the breakfast to the room.
