very disappointing
First of all, we had a hard time finding the hotel, because it's now called Atrium Panoramic.
We arrived there thursday, at about 3:30PM, the guy at the reception very rudely told us that the check-in is after 5PM. We asked if they had a restaurant where we could eat something until check-in time and he told us that they have a restaurant, but it is opened only friday to sunday from 8:30PM. So we had to leave and come back after check-in time.
We parked the car in their parking lot, near a little mountain of garbage.
The room looked good at first, but I found some hairs on the sheets. When I went at the reception to tell the rude guy, he said he'll send someone from cleaning to change the sheets,"no problem":))
The room had no air conditioning, it was awfull hot during the day, and the walls were a little dirty and patchy.
The bathroom was clean, but the shower didn't work properly, and there was no ventilation.
Long story short, the hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars, maybe 2. Overall, it looked like it had 4 stars at the opening, and than, NO maintenance at all. Only one elevator working. The frontsteps, busted.
Besides the rude guy from the reception from first day, the rest of the staff was very polite&nice.
We traveled with 2 french bulldogs for whoom we payed 50 RON/dog, after a little negociation with the rude receptionist.:))
The breakfast was ok.
There it is!

The swimming pool is 4 square metres, and more or less the same for the SPA area.
Rooms are big and personell enough kind.
Avoid it if possible.
