Hotel ruined the experience

The hotel was very upset, especially the way people were treated.
Arriving at 11:00 p.m., we knocked on the closed gate, ran trying to find the entrance, then we were opened by people from the nearby hotel. They came to the front desk, and there's no one waiting for us. Everyone's asleep. After the tour operator called the hotel staff, a man came running to us. Gave us the keys to the room, which we changed later. We had an upgraded room bought out, and we were given an order of magnitude lower.
There was no clean-up, but garbage was picked up every day. And the bed and towel were changed after three days.
The hotel is shabby, a lot of it's broken. The TV in building 1 was down, the internet was only caught on the balcony.

Horrible hotel

Terrible hotel, I would never recommend this hotel. Maximum ham-fisted owners. Took our electric stoves from our room without warning. Sometimes needed for cooking a baby. After we demanded her back, they threatened to call the police, even though we are those officers. We had a fight. Rooms are awfully dirty, old, squalid furniture!!!

A disgusting place... don't foot in here anymore.

We rested here from 07.06.25 to 20.06.25. One very big plus of this guesthouse is the beach next to it and it smells like hell, lying there and smelling like canoes. Everyone is sick with rotovirus all around, the youngest child is sick too, they heard the sounds from the toilet, as well as other campers vomit, and then they also learned from neighboring campers that the nearest hotels are sick too. You saw the kids being taken away by ambulance.
This "hotel" sold us a "SUITE" two-bedroom, where the bed-fold-out, staples godlessly, even neighbors came to complain about creaking, but I can't make my children sleep without moving, sorry...The wallpaper is off, the fridge is humming awfully, all the furniture is old, one table is wobbly. Under the second one, in order not to wobble, the bottle cap was put under the leg. Air conditioning is old and broken, curtains from the '90s with lambrickens. The interior door is all hollow, and you can see the towels were dried on it. But the bathroom, it's a separate song... the toilet lid is broken, lying on the floor, the shower is absolutely terrifying, I don't want to come in, covered in mold, raid on the plumbing, insects on the walls like in amber.
After living in the room for 13 days, we only had the floor cleaned twice, and that was at our request. They changed the laundry once, even though they asked for a cleaner, but we were ignored. Only through reception, heard requests. Yeah, the baby threw up on the sheet, but we cleaned it up.
And it would have been nothing, but after we left, the admin texted us, saying we left dirty sheets, and I quote, "wrapped the haw..oh in a sheet." It's absolutely absurd, a baby wearing a diaper. I wrote, all the claims I listed above, to which I was answered: "There's nothing to talk to you about." At least some excuse for your guesthouse...
I've never heard an accusation against her in my life, and it's just shocking ... it feels like the maid who didn't want to clean up just set us up by wrapping her poop in a sheet ... I don't recommend this disgusting place to anyone.

I do not recommend anyone in any way!If there is no choice stay at home and do not come here!You are being pooped for your own money!!!

Hotel 1 of 10.It is cold in the rooms to take a shower you need to wash your head first, then wait for a normal flow of water and wash your body.There are no kettles or any arrangements on the premises.In the dining room there is a horrible woman who can not communicate with the guests, goes personal and throws her watery compote.The menu is scarce,portions are microscopic,prices like in a restaurant.In the dining room is dirty,where are even checks with SES???The biggest disappointment is the hotel DINING ROOM,you are the face of the holiday in Sochi,what are you guys doing?Or by nationality she looks at people?In the hotel of mother with special children,in the mornings do not get to the toilet and do not wait for the kettle.Everywhere look wheelchairs.You should have warned that you have a rehabilitation center for disabled children.God,I dread to think they are fed in this dining room

Greetings from "Dolphin"

The impressions are so-so, the admin does not work decently, when asked to change the number, one might say they turned me down one or two times, although there was a free room! You can tell already upon check-in that the mood was spoiled. The bathroom is not very comfortable, in short it's only a C grade with beer.
