A great service both at check in and check out. I enjoyed the clean and new shower and kitchen facilities in the room. The bed was very comfortable and large.

Very Nice Hotel
I stayed at this hotel for more than a week and I found it to be very nice. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the staff are polite and friendly . Due to Covid the restaurant is closed at present and the only meal available is a breakfast delivered to your room. The standard of food is good. Parking is available.

I booked a suite for 3 adults and 2 children (4 and 6 years old). I surprised that they give my king site bed and sofa bed (for the third adult).
For my kids nothing. Just blankets??

Worst experience in a hotel i ever seen
Im writing this review after 3 days of frustration in this hotel.First you have no option for Breakfast ( bread and butter and few fruits),No mini bar at all.No one will clean your room for untill unless you will inform to reception and follow up for 3-4 times daily. You have to bring your own towel. NFC card for the room door is needs to reconfigure every day. Means you need to go to reception and wait few more minutes or may be hours.
Reception will treat you as a labour not as customer.when you want to complain no one will take the responsibility and when you ask for the manager name or number they will say "I dont no"
