Nice , Clean well situated

My first stop on a 8 week trip. The hotel is perfectly situated not about half a mile from the MRT. It's a 7 floor hotel. It's not 5 star bit it's clean good Wi-Fi and friendly staff. Room is simple but you have a tv , hair dryer and kettle. For the price I paid impressed

Clean and Comfy

it is an average hotel but a bit expensive. Located in a good area and bus stop is just 2 mins away. There are no fridges in the room or any kitchen in the hotel. Looks like just a 8 floor building. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but clean. Shower and the bathroom was clean, there was always a hot water. Rooms are not soundproof so if you look for quietness, you need to request a quiet room otherwise you would end up with noise next to your door. Some guy was listening loud music and it was like in our room. Elevator works well and cleaning stuff is doing a good job. There are amenties in the room and they provide you fresh bottled water. There is no wardrabe or saftey boxh in the room. Smoking is NOT prohibited so rooms smell cigarette. Internet works well.

Decent budget hotel if you don't mind the neighbours

Decent budget hotel- good value for the price charged. Clean basic rooms of a reasonable size for the budget. Good shower, good room wifi
As others have pointed out, its situated in a red light area, which may put some off. In particular, there were people coming back to their rooms at all hours, talking loudly and banging doors.

Good budget Hotel, but not conveniet to MRT

If you are looking to save money, and not be in a shoe box, then this hotel might suit you.
If is around 750 meters from 3 MRT stations. So, quite a long walk. If you want a bus, then it's just 100 meters to the main road.
Good points: rooms are spacious; the price was low; (less than SG$50); the wifi was quite fast and reliable; it's in a quiet location; air-cond good.
Negatives: long walk to MRT; no Shopping Mall close by; apart from a 7-Eleven, no shops around this area that take a credit card (all cash businesses); no espresso cafe's.
This is the old Singapore 20 years ago. Simple cash businesses.
They did ask for a SG$10 cash deposit on check-in, which I don't believe was stated in the Hotel Policies when I made the booking.
The hotel was well managed, and while the room is older style, it was clean and comfortable.

Decent but would prefer other hotel

Place is really old with very small room. Cable TV with English channels but location is in the red light district. Elevator and hallways would have dumped used comforters in sacks which looks creepy especially in elevators. Front desk officers are not friendly. Only option for food are Chinese stores. Far from tourist spots, we had to take taxis everyone we go out. We tried the bus but it’s very rare to find a bus going the route where this hotel is. May not consider this on my next visit unless the intention is to stay in Geylang area.
